Audience Member ★★ (out of four) Not a lot to recommend here eccept that it is a fairly early lead role for Charles Bronson. He had acted in films since around 1950, but usually in small or supporting roles and usually as a a thug or henchman. If nothing else, he sure does have a screen presence which would come across in future features. Steve Boland (Bronson) joins the army in order to avoid arrest. He had been a bookie and now he doesn't fit in well with the army. That changes when he meets a beauty and learns that there might be a plot to assassinate President Eisenhower. Plot and production is so-so, but Bronsan does show his promise.
