11/09/2013 what i really like about this film is living vicariously through sean lau's outlaw "dgaf" character coming into a sleepy town waking them up under the fear and oppression of those drunk with power. absolutely a blast to watch! (= See more 09/26/2011 A simple but effective drama. Hot-headed triad brother Michael Cheung has just been released from prison. After getting into a fight some taxi cab drivers, he begins to get hounded by a cop while bonding with a widow and her son. Money woes for both parties and his old way of life threaten to spiral everything out of control, but not if they can pull through. A well acted film. It has drama, a bit of action, and romance. Ching Wan Lau gets to cut loose a little bit, this time he's a temperamental gangster instead of a soft-spoken nice guy. Sam Luet also gets to play a pretty good villain. An underrated crime drama from Johnnie To. See more 08/09/2010 十个大哥,九个坎坷。 See more 10/14/2008 Non il miglior film di Johnny To ma comunque mi è piaciuto. Questa volta le sparatorie e le faide tra triadi vengono messe in disparte per raccontare la storia di un marginale che cerca una felicità possibile. Bravo come al solito Lau Ching Wan.
