The movie is incredibly well-acted, but it lacks the heart that it keeps talking about. This is a family drama that never eases up on the drama. Go to Full Review

Sandra B @SLaw1002 2 hrs ago Really good. Rented on Amazon. Intense. Havent seen female character like that - she was strong but complicated which is refreshing. See more Marco L @Marco19901 2 hrs ago I really liked how grounded and personal this felt. The sibling dynamic was messy in a believable way and the performances made the grief, tension, and old family issues hit harder than I expected. It felt honest without trying too hard. Really solid film that left me thinking. See more Lexi-Hope G @RT39978648 May 23, 2026 I wanted to see it the full movie and I love it. Please I wanna see the full movie please I want it back. I want to see the movie. See more Pheobe F @RT13836638 Oct 11, 2025 Where Did the Adults Go? hit me harder than I expected. It’s quiet, uncomfortable in the best way, and feels like you’re eavesdropping on a family trying to hold itself together. The film never pushes for big melodrama — it lets the silence and small looks do the talking. The writing is sharp, but what really stands out is the direction: it feels lived-in, patient, and painfully honest about what it means to grow up and realize your parents were just people trying their best. There’s this undercurrent of loss and maybe even tenderness that stays with you after it ends. The performances feel raw, especially in the moments where nothing “happens". It reminded me of early Linklater mixed with the emotional precision of Manchester by the Sea. This is the kind of film that sneaks up on you. It’s small, but it lingers. You might not cry during it, but you’ll find yourself thinking about your own family on the drive home. See more Jeff F @RT38514811 Oct 11, 2025 Really loved this one! Solid filmmaking and stellar performances that felt real and totally relatable. I hope more people will see this. See more Mark G @RT25071044 Oct 11, 2025 Great performances, especially from Carson MacCormac. I was thoroughly intrigued, easier to see how the siblings would work through their relationships. Then it suddenly stopped. I actually rewound the movie to see if there was a glitch and I missed something. I didn't. Way too many unresolved situations. Hidden money...hospital outcome...relationships...the path forward totally unclear. Disappointing ending, to the extreme. See more Read all reviews
