Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times Janssen is the best thing in this dreary, disjointed project. Rated: 2/4 Jul 10, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member If for nothing else, it's kind of fun to see a lot of 1960s Las Vegas. The story arc of the film is serviceable, a casino owner father trying to teach his counter culture son how to run a casino, but everything that happens along the way is pretty dull. David Janssen gives a strong performance, but outside of the setting, there's not too much to recommend. One glimmer of an interesting film was a minor story involving Don Rickles as a dealer running a con, but that 10 minute story is certainly not enough to sustain an entire film. Watch something like "Machine Gun McCain" for a film that has both good 1960s Vegas location photography and also a good story. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
