I did nt see the time go by,no stop for the bathroom,totaly captivated by the atmospheric feel of this movie. Bravo to Tina Fay,!!!!unpretentious talented woman. I was skeptical of the cast on my first watch, but coming back to it, I was genuinely impressed by the storyline and the film’s deeper message. The themes feel even more resonant now. It’s a rewarding experience to return to—the plot and heart of the movie really shine. Definitely worth a second look if you were initially on the fence! If you’ve lived through anything in your life that you referred to as a “war” and tried to keep a semblance of normalcy, this film will be medicine for your soul.
