Juan K This is a Mexican movie made for Mexicans. It is current, and has the appeal of what it is like to live in Mexico. Of course it is funny. Mexican Humor is Mexican Humor, and obviously it is not meant for other cultures that have ridiculous storylines and always singing and dancing like Bollywood. And it isn't flavorless and pasty like something from Boston Market. Perhaps since I watched it in Spanish, and know the Mexican Culture, I can rate it intelligently and honestly.
