LUCCA M May 31 No joke this is the worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life See more Juan K 09/23/2024 This is a Mexican movie made for Mexicans. It is current, and has the appeal of what it is like to live in Mexico. Of course it is funny. Mexican Humor is Mexican Humor, and obviously it is not meant for other cultures that have ridiculous storylines and always singing and dancing like Bollywood. And it isn't flavorless and pasty like something from Boston Market. Perhaps since I watched it in Spanish, and know the Mexican Culture, I can rate it intelligently and honestly. Asi que orale paisitas, no es para todos obvio, pero la neta si esta buena para ver por lo menos una vez. A somewhat charming teenage angst movie about a high school boy in Mexico who struggles between the girl who likes him and the one is completely unattainable. Some cute and endearing moments. Some laughs. The big issue is this straddles the line too much between raunchy comedy and feel good rom-com. it is neither and therefore losses both audiences in my opinion.
