Audience Member This film is outstanding, the Actors are OUTSTANDING! Brandon is very real, this character fits him, ODog is too funny, and LaVita rocked this film and made the movie pop! She was my favorite. LaVita, played by Actress, Zaina Juliette. She has that "it" factor. The actress Zaina A. Juliette (ZainaJuliette.TV) is a powerful actress. Now she has two TV series coming out she is starring in and a weekly TV Show on CW Network "Zaina Juliette & Friends". She is a BaadaZz Recording Artist/Entertainer. The entire cast is phenomenal. But the story is amazing. It shows both sides of stereotypes and race issues. A White guy, Brandon, played by David Oaks who grew up in the North Side of Omaha. His love and passion in the Black Urban culture. His love for R&B music and performing as a recording Artist who wants to make it big, so he can help his poor family. David has to deal with a racist, alcoholic father and his autistic little brother. David dates a Black girl and all his surrounding are Black people. Bougie LaVita, played by Zaina Juliette becomes David's girlfriend. His best friends are, Shondra, also LaVitas best friend who secretly has a crush on Brandon yet is dating Antoine, played by Eric Harvey, a great actor. This film is "A Must See". There are some powerful scenes in this film. Directed and written by Dr. Omowale Akintunde. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews
