Noel Murray Los Angeles Times “Apocalypse” is equal parts exhausting and impressive — though thanks to the giddy fun the filmmakers appear to be having, it’s mostly the latter. Apr 17, 2022 Full Review Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com I had a terrific time revisiting this cartoonish Outback wasteland, the Roache-Turners delivering high-octane undead antics that kept me happily satisfied. Rated: 3/4 Apr 16, 2022 Full Review Lena Wilson New York Times If you’d like to see the horror-action equivalent of an old metal rock musician lighting his electric guitar on fire and then playing it with his teeth, this is your movie. Apr 14, 2022 Full Review Lee Zumpe Tampa Bay Newspapers “Wyrmwood: Apocalypse” isn’t quite as satisfying as its predecessor, but it comes remarkably close. It revels in its decadence and debauchery, basking in relentless gore and chaos. Oct 31, 2023 Full Review Chris Ward Flickering Myth If you liked Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead then there is no reason not to like Wyrmwood: Apocalypse as it basically does the same but with a slight layer of polish Jun 2, 2022 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Wyrmwood: Apocalypse is just an idiotic and incoherent mush of violence that quickly becomes boring ... It's a sloppily directed zombie film that has a lot of blood and guts, but this movie has absolutely no heart or soul. May 25, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Thom G More violent, bloody, and visceral than its predecessor, "Wyrmwood: Apocalypse" serves as a solid sequel. However, it lacks the unique humor that characterized the first film, which added depth to its raw violence and relentless brutality. As a result, the sequel feels more serious and misses the balanced tone that made the original so memorable. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/26/24 Full Review BigD J This was a fun movie. Entertaining, if nothing else. Had some cool twists for a zombie flic. I'd recommend it to any zombie enthusiast. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/14/24 Full Review Emilliano Jr S Bad. This sequal takes every good from what was in the 2014 one and make it double time better and i also loved the new characters Ending was kinda goofy but in the end a soild sequal.
