Bookended by Inauguration Day 2021 and the State of the Union speech of March 2022, YEAR ONE: A POLITICAL ODYSSEY is a front-seat account of the Biden administration's tense first year, marked by security threats both at home and abroad. Assuming office only two weeks after the January 6th attack on the Capitol, Biden's presidency entered the maelstrom of an ongoing global pandemic, renewed conflicts with Russia and China, and America's international standing in decline.

Nicolas Rapold New York Times Despite the insider access, intriguing tidbits... will be few to anyone who has been reading the news. Oct 19, 2022 Full Review Daniel Fienberg Hollywood Reporter Despite participation from many bigwigs within the Biden team, Year One fails completely as any sort of chronological overview, which is how the documentary presents itself. Eddy S It's a complete patting yourself and any other democrat on the back exercise from the very beginning to the end. Not one negativity is mentioned. It's one perfect march from the start to the present and any and all bad issues is because of Trump, or anybody else outside de democrat party...... Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Randy B This documentary has a bunch of democrats spinning their narrative to turn everything that happened in Biden's first year of presidency positive, without any other perspective or facts to back up their words. Typical indoctrination video to turn people with no critical thinking skills to their side and get their votes. I will give them a bit of credit in that they did sort of admit their blunder of how they coordinated the pullout of troops from Afghanistan. If you're on the left side of politics, discover the facts and review your history. Watch documentaries on history and you'll see the issues with democrats and the suffering their policies and decisions have brought to this world… Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/11/22 Full Review Ann Marie M You can't be serious and expect people to believe this fairytale movie. Just the synopsis alone "Biden using the year to dig the country out of the mess Trump put us in," Come on! I barely got through it without laughing in total disbelief. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/06/22 Full Review greg r A look at the fight against what has become roughly 38% of our great country, gone insane. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review ProudKentuckyGirl l Deflection is Key ! This Documentary is a Joke released right before Midterms to Prop Up a Failing Administration. Nothing about how bad Inflation is. Blaming others for the Afghanistan Debacle. Blaming Russia and Everyone else for Food and Gas Hikes as usual. Dont waste your time.
