See more 12/05/2007 a good, informative documentary because it contains interviews with hard-to-reach "fugitives from justice" and educates the public about an issue it is ignoring. but it mostly fails as a scholarly endeavor because it is wholly populist and one-sided, completely ignoring the stances of the mexican government and the world bank, and it fails on the artistic front because it is presented in tacky fashion, like a high-school news feature.
