From the largest elephant to the smallest shrew, the city of Zootopia is a mammal metropolis where various animals live and thrive. When Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) becomes the first rabbit to join the police force, she quickly learns how tough it is to enforce the law. Sure to speak to kids and grown-ups alike, Zooptopia unfolds a poignant lesson about how prejudice can hurt people, but also how it can be overcome. And it does all this in a wonderfully fun film.

This is the weird sort of film that is, on its own merits, perfectly well produced and entertaining, yet winds up being a slight disappointment because it feels as if it should have been somewhat better than it is.

Definitely a good movie. The story was well written in my opinion with some good twists and emotional beats. Some of the jokes weren't that funny though. Definitely recommend watching it with someone else because it makes it more fun

Zootopia is a modern classic of Disney animation, packed with energetic visuals, incredible voice acting, and a world that feels instantly alive. Its world-building is clever and layered, supporting a genuinely engaging central mystery that keeps the story moving. The final villain is a bit underwhelming, keeping it just shy of Disney’s very best—but it’s absolutely worth the watch, and the Shakira song is an undeniable banger.
