Going out not with a whimper but a chilling cackle, Evil's final season dishes out more deliciously twisted self-contained mysteries while confidently building towards its endgame.

Kristy Puchko Mashable Whether a defiant levity, an uncharacteristic fury, or an absorbing obsession, these attitudes brew a tension as they push their players to a breaking point. May 29, 2024 Full Review Brian Tallerico RogerEbert.com The start of the fourth season bursts out of the gate with two of the best episodes in the history of “Evil,” followed by a pair of episodes that are creatively rockier yet still captivating. May 24, 2024 Full Review Mike Hale New York Times While the show is not as directly or specifically political in its approach as the Kings’ legal drama “The Good Fight,” its premise, is pretty easy to read. May 22, 2024 Full Review Zofia Wijaszka Daily Dead After three successful seasons, the creators return with season 4, which is just as solid and absorbing as the chapters before. The new installment continues to explore the sins of humanity while giving the characters new paths to venture to. Rated: 5/5 May 30, 2024 Full Review Rob Owen Pittsburgh Tribune-Review The best supernatural, religious-themed comedic drama you’re not watching. May 28, 2024 Full Review Matt Roush TV Insider Evil gleefully depicts the best and worst of all fantasy worlds, and I’m going to miss it. Rated: 4.5/5 May 24, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Queen C This entire show is starting to irk me. Nothing is ever tied up. Way too many loose ends. The stories start good but there is never any payoff. Sheryl and Leland are obnoxious and I don't understand why they are on the series. Their whole subplot is pointless. Just let the 3 investigate. Strange things happen to everyone and yet they never TALK to each other about it. Sorry, but if I flushed a shrunken head down my toilet, that's sorta something you'd tell to your spouse. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/01/24 Full Review Lola B EVIL, a great show BUT listening to those LOUD IRRITATING daughters squeeling yelling and screaming all at the same time gets really annoying. I STOPPED watching because of this... Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/31/24 Full Review Alice C This is the only show that actually keeps me anxious and gives me the jumps. Awesomely suspensful fourth season's debut episode. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/27/24 Full Review Mike P Kristen, David and Ben; our favorite investigation team; are back in season 4 of this paranormal procedural sci-fi mystery show with deeply religious overtones...And the show doesn't miss a beat, getting us right back into the action; as they're investigating a fake sacrifice at a local power plant...But there's more than meets the eye to this online hoax...Also Kristen lays down the law with her mother at home; permanently severing ties with her; as her husband seems to be under some sort of hypnosis...The show is great as always; with excellent performances; crackling dialogue and exciting and suspenseful storylines; it's as great as ever... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/26/24 Full Review Paulina D Exciting beginning of the new season (and hopefully not last)! Love all the characters and stories! I think what I enjoy about it the most is the emotional rollercoaster each season sends you on. If you are looking for something different this show is for you. One of my favourites ever! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/25/24 Full Review C Riley H The "pop-up" books are incredibly cool! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/25/24 Full Review Read all reviews
