Audience Member Technically, season two is a romcom, and it's one for the ages. Maintains the humor and charm of season 1, while cutting out more superfluous characters, but introducing hilarious and charming side characters like Jim, Muriel, and Mrs. Sandwich. It will make you laugh and then break your heart. Cannot wait for season 3! Tennant and Sheen are on their A game and their lighting in a bottle chemistry is used to its full advantage. The little mystery at the center of this season’s plot is fun to follow as well. Sheen and Tennant simply play off one another perfectly.. its now a well oiled machine... its Hope n Crosby... Martin n Lewis... Siegfried and Roy...lol.. not gonna give anything away.. its simply a fantastic show.. a must see.. see season 1 at least once, twice if you have time ( it does better the second time around, especially late in the series )..
