Cameron L There are no handheld electric taser devices that can render someone unconscious. And the types that shoot prongs only inspectorate someone while a charge is being released and only work when the prongs are spread across the torso. The ones you hold to someone only hurt they don't incapacitate. Stop using old idiot tropes to get around your lazy writing.
