Randy Myers San Jose Mercury News Creator Howard Overman understands that an action film can’t stand on the merits of its thrills alone and needs interesting characters to make it all that more involving. Rated: 3/4 Dec 20, 2024 Full Review Clint Worthington RogerEbert.com A show that brushes past Butler's corn-fed actioner conceit and does something alternatingly innovative and tedious with it. Dec 6, 2024 Full Review John Anderson Wall Street Journal As a purely kinetic action-adventure series and a political thriller, Paris Has Fallen is a gripping race around France, with snipers, mercenaries and politicians all vying for the moral low ground. Dec 5, 2024 Full Review Johnny Loftus Decider If there is a core HFU fanbase rising up for this small screen continuance, that contingent should be happy. But as action-thriller stuff goes, Paris Has Fallen in general feels kinda basic. Dec 21, 2024 Full Review Weiting Liu Common Sense Media Set in the Has Fallen universe that already has a large fan base, Paris Has Fallen still stands out with its kinetic storytelling, gripping parallel action, and potent scores. Dec 11, 2024 Full Review Alex Maidy JoBlo's Movie Network A fun series worth binging on, Paris Has Fallen is much better than I gave it credit for based on the trailers. It gives us two good new action leads in Twefik Jallab and Ritu Arya. Rated: 7/10 Dec 10, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Giorgio G I never watch those endless series which drag on over years and normally don't care for mini series too much either, but this one starts pretty great and thus got me hooked right away. Sean Harris, helped by a great makeup, is perfect in his stoic part. And though there are many impossibilities throughout the movie, it's close enough to possible political and police action settings. As I couldn't sleep anyway tonight I went through the whole 8 episodes in one go (had never done that before in my life), and it was quite worth it. 7/10 points! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/01/25 Full Review Peter C This show was written by people who gained all their knowledge about how clandestine services work from other TV shows. The main characters act ridiculously smart only to make the most illogical choices in the next minute. Oh, we're under surprise attack, let me move the antagonist about the building rather than leaving them cuffed to this chair. I have an easily defendable position and can literally shoot other terrorists as they try and enter but, no, this feels like an ideal time for a walk. I liked the first 5-6 episodes but when protagonists started making illogical choices to heighten the tension, that was the final dumb straw and I stopped watching. Avoid unless you enjoy yelling at the TV, lol. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/26/25 Full Review tomat o Absolute waste of time. I feel sorry for people in the security services who have to respond to questions about this. The people who made this movie should be fired. The gratuitous violence is only there to keep the laughtrack away. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/25 Full Review Christopher K PHF is decent, that's it As a fan of the film series Paris ticks a few boxes and misses a few others. I finished the series and said aloud "that was a bit naff" It felt like it could have been so much more but it was not particually gripping in any way other than the sterling performance of the villian played by Sean Harris who was exceptional through out, on that basis I would say it was worth a watch because he's brilliant however don't expect to feel like this show has changed your life when you finish it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/25 Full Review Paul I Very entertaining with an intriguing story that keeps you invested. No it's not meant to be perfectly realistic, it leads with action, which is what we want from these series. And compared to most action series, the writing and acting were better than most. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/25 Full Review Joshua O PARIS HAS FALLEN is definitely the worst installment in the franchise, it had a rather satisfying story to tell, but was told in a less promising manner. The series was giving off a promising vibes from the initial scene but everything started falling apart as it went on... although I must commend the team for sticking to the story, but a lot of work could have been done to make the series better.
