May 14, 2023Kristen Kush pushes her boundaries in order to both learn and experience new thinks and brings us along for the adventure. It is like Bourdain but instead cynicism mixed with curiosity. You have an almost innocent outlook mixed with curiosity. It is riveting I wish there were more than 4 episodes in the first season. And I hope that a second season is following shortly

Apr 19, 2023So fresh and new it's incredible to see these restaurants thrive in the middle of nowhere, and I love how adventurous and real Kristin makes everything feel!
-
Apr 17, 2023Wonderful show and unlike anything else on TV! Part of the joy of this show is the fact that Kristan is an active participant cooking along with the chefs she visits.
-
Apr 15, 2023I love the short format… I wish more shows would go with 4-6 episode "Mini Series". Reminiscent of Bourdain, but with a much lighter tone. Great Characters! Especially the Mainers :)

Apr 07, 2023So enjoying this adventure in food and travel. Great host.
-
Apr 07, 2023One of the best new shows out there! Combines amazing travel/scenery with inventive food and adventure. Chef's Table meets Anthony Bourdain. Chef Kish is perfect in her role as host, traveler, world renown chef and sous chef to the guests. Great show!!

Mar 22, 2023This is beautifully shot. The locations are interesting and diverse. However, I can't help thinking of the Ralph Fiennes movie, ‘The Menu', as I imagine all the wealthy polluter elites going to far flung places for dinner. This is especially jarring if one watches the news and is horrified by the increasing inequity across the world. It's hard to watch these privileged people enjoy a meal, harvested from local forests, fjords and meadow while locals may end up going without something because a traditional food source is now trendy. I like parts of this show, while being really disgusted with the western world and our need to consume everything in our path. Or even outside of it.
