Craig Mathieson The Age (Australia) erguson remains a committed protagonist, but this sophomore season from creator Graham Yost (Justified) has a back-and-forth structure that takes time to gather momentum. Nov 22, 2024 Full Review Dan Einav Financial Times Silo remains a solid offering for fans of slow-burn sci-fi and brutalist architecture alike. Rated: 3/5 Nov 21, 2024 Full Review Ed Power Daily Telegraph (UK) In turning a cult novel into an understated sci-fi gem, Ferguson carries off her mission improbable with style. Rated: 4/5 Nov 20, 2024 Full Review Terry Mesnard Gayly Dreadful Silo Season 2 is off to a somewhat rocky start. It makes sense that we would flip back and forth between the two silos ... [but] the structure doesn’t completely work for me. Nov 29, 2024 Full Review Tim Stevens The Spool Despite growing in scope and ambition, Silo Season 2 remains committed to its quiet, insular brand of sci-fi. That’s very much a positive. Nov 20, 2024 Full Review Joel Keller Decider Graham Yost has given viewers a chance to ease into Season 2 with the single-minded season premiere. For a series this dense in story, that’s not altogether a bad thing. Nov 20, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member While easy to believe a lot is happening I feel this serie is a scam. In reality beside 2 or 3 main event, nothing is happening... She need to go there she must make a bridge, she need to get out she must make air pump to get to the suit and now must fix the water to get her suit. Machinery try to overcome the authority, it work but it doesn't because they get access to farm floor but don't win anything related to their cause. Slow burn event where in reality we are still a starting line asking for more when I'm scared now there won't ever be anything at the finish. I watch every episode 6 x 10 min so much I'm so board... Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/26/24 Full Review James C Love the 1st season, 2nd has been a bit of a mess, the storyline is running extremely slow and there is no sense of a true story. Seems like they are trying to setup up a season 3 without actually advancing the story. Sad because I like the actors and how they are doing but it just seems disjointed and meandering. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/25/24 Full Review Jamie C Such a disappointing season, such an interesting premise and following a well crafted first season, it's clear they've lost their sense of direction, balance and flow. Everything feels more and more forced and lacks imagination and captivating storytelling. Some good performances still, but the writing and narrative isn't compelling enough to continue. This is probably the last season for me. shame. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/24/24 Full Review Cyrus L The first episode of season 2 is better than the entire first season. There is a sense of wonder and exploration and a new place to discover. When the story shifts to the original Silo, it slows down to an absolute crawl and dredges in the muck of the characters that inhabit it. You can see the story trying to form a way into its next chapter but its drawing it out so much that it detracts. The best shows take you to new places all the time and end up somewhere you'd never expect. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/23/24 Full Review Ant E It is just too slow, the story is going no where and it is hardly interesting now. The main character has been in the same place, doing nothing in the first 5-6 episodes of Season 2. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/23/24 Full Review Hawk L Season 1 was awesome. Season 2 is a veritable snoozefest. The acting is still stellar but Season 2 just feels super slow. I don't know what happened but it's like the story is standing still and going nowhere. For me it was Juliette that made it work. Now it's waaay too much Silo and only small flashes of Juliette every now and then, but not enough to keep me interested. Zzzzzzz.
