erguson remains a committed protagonist, but this sophomore season from creator Graham Yost (Justified) has a back-and-forth structure that takes time to gather momentum. Go to Full Review

Silo Season 2 is an exhilarating extension of its already compelling narrative, expanding on the mysteries and lore established in the first season while deepening our connection to its characters. Go to Full Review

The stakes move into the stratosphere as Rebecca Ferguson’s Jules gets perilously close to the truth, which Tim Robbins’ IT head is trying his utmost to hide in this taut, dystopian thriller Go to Full Review

Silo Season 2 is off to a somewhat rocky start. It makes sense that we would flip back and forth between the two silos ... [but] the structure doesn’t completely work for me. Go to Full Review

Heather L @HLenz 6d This series takes place in a dystopian but believable future. Residents live underground in silos after some sort of apocalyptic event (still unexplained by the end of season 2) has rendered the outside world unsafe for humans. Those in control have robbed the residents of their history "for their own good" by banning books and denying them basic information about the past and how the world works. An aspiring astronomer maps the stars and just like Galileo in his day, is punished for connecting the dots. In this backwards world reproduction is strictly controlled and big brother is always watching. Although I appreciate the strong female character at the center of the story, sometimes her ability to tackle every problem is so over the top it interferes with believability. See more Domm D Nov 30 A good follow up to season 1 imo. The mysteries are being revealed in a way that answer some questions while triggering new ones. Very enjoyable for an active viewer. It seems some of the more subtle world building has been labeled as filler by other viewers. But I disagree with that. Each episode feels like it reveals something new. I think for those of us who enjoy being active and trying to figure the story out as we watch it, it always leaves us something to think about. I really enjoyed the end of S2, really got my brain going and I'm very excited for season 3. It isn't perfect, but no story is IMO. Some things seemed difficult to believe and could have been done in a more believable way. (I'm thinking of the bends situation, mainly). However the story structure is strong enough to keep my suspension of disbelief in those moments. I think I'll be checking out the source material soon. See more Benoit L Nov 29 Quite slow and not engaging as much as season 1. See more Robin V Nov 17 I really enjoyed both seasons! Lots of mysteries and plot twists. Can't wait for the next season. I honestly don't understand why the audience rating is not above 80%. See more Katherine M Sep 22 Lose Common. He’s such a terrible actor and ruins the show. See more LABEL 2 Sep 21 历史重演和空间错位的二重双线叙事略显刻意,剧情推进平稳但伏笔回收总有些乏力,故事设定下千篇一律且凝重的视觉风格太容易让人疲劳。 See more Read all reviews
