Emma Loffhagen London Evening Standard Excellently-paced and satisfyingly unpredictable, the combination of Ingrid and John’s fatal attraction-esque relationship and the plot’s incessant twists and turns makes for a proper hold-your-breath affair. Rated: 4/5 Sep 22, 2023 Full Review Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media Fans of dark thrillers will find The Killing Kind a worthy viewing choice. Jun 5, 2024 Full Review Liz Kocan Decider Every episode of The Killing Kind reveals new clues and details that only complicate our relationship to the main characters, but create a truly compelling mystery. May 22, 2024 Full Review Martin Carr Yahoo! Movies The Killing Kind is moody courtroom drama, which glosses over predictable plot twists, using solid soundtrack choices and cutting edge camerawork. Thankfully, this polished piece of mediocrity is salvaged by an epic ensemble cast on good form. Rated: 3/5 Sep 18, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

W. W I was about to post a review when I decided to read the comments (other reviews). Half of the people liked it, thought it was thrilling... the other half hated it. One thing I do agree with is the main character is unlikeable. The "Twists & turns" people speak of just confused me. It's like getting dizzy on an amusement park ride but without the initial fun of it. I haven't finished the series and not sure if I will as it just doesn't hold my attention. Typically English shows like this I love, prefer to American shows, but not this one. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/02/25 Full Review Grant M I got 20 minutes into episode 1 and couldn't continue. Yet another show where the characters are unbelievable (especially the incredibly poorly written male characters). How can the writers expect viewers to get engaged when we can't imagine ever being involved in dialogue like what was being spoken? I've lived and worked in London in professional services, and this is so jarring compared to reality that it just left me bored immediately. Surely this isn't as good as it gets these days??? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/23/24 Full Review Tracey S Lots of twists and turns drew you in until the end but the lead character was so unlikeable that by episode three I no longer cared whether she was murdered or not. And the issue with working with her stalker was unpleasantly creepy. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/12/24 Full Review Audience Member Dont often review, but this actually sucked balls. 6 (odd) hours of my life I will never get back. Main character very unlikabe and unrealistic storyline imo *spoiler alert* not to victim shame, and appreciate where this was coming from... but if I had a number of people that I cared about murdered, not too sure how I would feel regardless of the circumstances. Pretty sure I would not back up the person that murdered them. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/29/24 Full Review Joe W Not the best acting, but not terrible. I'm starting to hate it when the "good looking" guys always always have those scruffy beards. Try something new please. The plot kind of meanders. Just not interesting enough to watch all the episodes. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/15/24 Full Review andrew k Mediocre show that drags you along . Main character is beyond irritating and the ending poor. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/24 Full Review Read all reviews
