An all-star cast head to a resort and unleash their worst, most privileged impulses. The series is a sharp social satire following the exploits of various guests and employees of the fictional White Lotus resort chain, whose stay becomes affected by their various dysfunctions. A week in the life of vacationers is unravelled as they relax and rejuvenate in paradise. With each passing day, a darker complexity emerges in these picture-perfect travelers, the hotel's cheerful employees, and the idyllic locale itself.

Judy Berman TIME Magazine I still can’t think of another show that so thrillingly builds tension and explodes pieties purely through piercing dialogue exchanged by ideally cast actors. Jun 6, 2025 Full Review Drew Gregory Autostraddle Mike White is a strong enough writer that even when there’s less cohesion it’s still going to be enjoyable to watch. Apr 15, 2025 Full Review Sarah Manavis New Statesman Viewers can continue to tell themselves they are getting something out of watching privileged characters in paradise having a less than perfect time, but it’s increasingly difficult to say that it is anything close to good. Mar 27, 2025 Full Review Mini Anthikad-Chhibber The Hindu The thorny, tremulous fates of the guests and staff at the luxury hotel peter out in expected but not wholly satisfying ways May 16, 2025 Full Review Kong Rithdee Bangkok Post The use of catchy Thai pop tunes is an adorable localisation touch, but sometimes it's just too much and irrelevant. Apr 25, 2025 Full Review Jackie K. Cooper jackiekcooper.com Not as flashy a storyline as the first two seasons but oh how intriguing these new characters are. Ulysse M The show desperately needs a renewal and has become disappointingly formulaic - but this season distinguishes itself by both very superficial character development, lazy plotlines, and a surprisingly predictable and unsatisfying conclusion. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/12/25 Full Review Marijo P I have enjoyed Season 3, as much as the 2 other seasons. They are so different and yet so connected. Again, the setting is breathtaking, the scenes, the filming, the dialogues and the actors are what make this tv show incredible. I am very looking foward to season 4. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/11/25 Full Review Dave V I loved the first two seasons and was sceptical about the 3rd installment after watching the trailers Just binge-watched it now, it's great. Maybe not as good as the first two but it's really enjoyable. The casting is top-notch, great story building. Overall 7.5/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/10/25 Full Review Nathan L Not the best nor the worst amongst three seasons. Either way, worth watching for sure Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 07/07/25 Full Review Wynne B. Of the three seasons, this is my least favorite so far. With that said, it was still enjoyable overall. I sincerely hope Parker Posey and Carrie Coons are nominated for Emmys because they both deserve them. The plots between the different groups were slower and more predictable than in previous seasons but all in all Mike White still did a good job. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/04/25 Full Review Aaaa M I started watching The White Lotus hoping for smart social commentary, but instead found a show pushing a harmful agenda. Each season seems to chip away at traditional values, especially around family and society. Season 3 was the breaking point for me — featuring a disturbing storyline where two brothers sleep with each other. That’s when I stopped watching. Enough is enough. This show is not suitable for teenagers or young viewers. It normalizes confusion and crosses lines that shouldn’t be crossed. We need to start boycotting content that promotes destructive messages under the guise of entertainment. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/26/25 Full Review Read all reviews
