An all-star cast head to a resort and unleash their worst, most privileged impulses. The series is a sharp social satire following the exploits of various guests and employees of the fictional White Lotus resort chain, whose stay becomes affected by their various dysfunctions. A week in the life of vacationers is unravelled as they relax and rejuvenate in paradise. With each passing day, a darker complexity emerges in these picture-perfect travelers, the hotel's cheerful employees, and the idyllic locale itself.

I still can’t think of another show that so thrillingly builds tension and explodes pieties purely through piercing dialogue exchanged by ideally cast actors. Go to Full Review

Mike White is a strong enough writer that even when there’s less cohesion it’s still going to be enjoyable to watch. Go to Full Review

Viewers can continue to tell themselves they are getting something out of watching privileged characters in paradise having a less than perfect time, but it’s increasingly difficult to say that it is anything close to good. Go to Full Review

Mike White continues to show how pain and suffering can thrive even in the most lavish settings. It is that contrast that makes the series so strong. Go to Full Review

The White Lotus is a masterclass in interconnected storylines. The brilliance lies in how smoothly the story unfolds. Every shot is calculated, and the juxtaposition of shots to deliver a message is rare on television these days. Go to Full Review

It’s beautifully photographed, like a travel brochure for billionaires, but writer and director Mike White knows what we expect of him, and he delivers. Go to Full Review

K W Nov 28 Eh. Felt like it tried too hard. Best part of the whole series was the Billy Preston song at the end. The acting was pretty great though. Patrick S surprised me with his chops and Jason Isaacs was superb. Parker Posey overacted as she always does and like always I enjoy her performance anyway because her presence is so strong. The Walton Goggins and the girlfriend plot was irritating and exhausting. See more Avant S Nov 7 a much better season compared to the first 2 See more VITALII H @freakynickison Oct 26 I'm always late for the party. I avoided every possible spoilers. Do I wanna go to Thailand after finishing this season? Hell yeah! That means that the director did a great job. Visually it was such a beautiful experience. This season is the best one out of 3. Also I gotta say that I am absolutely obsessed with Lisa's character Mook, I just love her. Writing, production, acting, the cast, everything was on point! Bravo! See more Anthony Y. @Antoniobruv Oct 23 Very slow, much more than the others but still very good ending but the build up is meh. See more Daniel D Oct 10 So much build-up, so little development. More than half the season is people thinking of doing something, looking like they're about to do something, but not doing anything. See more Jen S. Sep 17 Love this series! Can’t wait for the next one. See more Read all reviews
