Aaron Harberts is an American TV writer and producer, and has collaborated with fellow writer-producer Gretchen Berg on multiple occasions. Harberts got his start as a writer on Aaron Spelling's 1990s prime-time soap hit, "Beverly Hills, 90210," writing seven episodes over the '98 and '99 seasons. He and Berg teamed up to write nine episodes of the sci-fi drama "Roswell" in 2000, and then wrote and produced for another sci-fi mystery, "John Doe." In '06, the duo created the short-lived comedy "Pepper Dennis" starring Rebecca Romijn, for the WB; the show lasted just one season. Harberts and Berg subsequently wrote and co-executive produced for the critically praised dramatic fantasy-comedy "Pushing Daisies," which lasted only two seasons, partially due to getting caught up in the bad timing of the writers' strike. In '09, Harberts and Berg collaborated once again--as writers and executive producers--on the NBC hospital drama "Mercy," another quickly canceled series, this time starring Taylor Schilling and Michelle Trachtenberg. Harberts and Berg also contributed to the screenplay of the '01 horror movie "Valentine," but have generally stuck to work on the small screen.
