Alexis Fields began acting at the tender age of 11. Fields began her acting career with roles in the series "Roc" (1990-94), "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper" (ABC, 1992-97) and "Sister, Sister" (WB, 1993-99). She also appeared in "Me and the Boys" (ABC, 1994-95). She had an early role on the television special "The Last Days of Russell" (ABC, 1994-95). She continued her comedic performances throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on"The Parent 'Hood" (WB, 1994-99), "Moesha" (UPN, 1995-2001) and "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" (1996-2003). She also appeared in "The Parkers" (UPN, 1998-2004). She also appeared in the TV special "Intimate Portrait: Kim Fields" (Lifetime, 2000-01). Fields continued to exercise her talent in the early 2000s and the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "One on One" (UPN, 2001-06), "The Bernie Mac Show" (Fox, 2001-06) and "Crossover" (2006) starring Anthony Mackie. Her credits also expanded to the Clint Eastwood and Brian Haley blockbuster "Gran Torino" (2008), "Meet Monica Velour" (2011) starring Kim Cattrall and "Real Steel" with Hugh Jackman (2011). Most recently, Fields worked on the romantic comedy "The Five-Year Engagement" (2012) with Jason Segel.
