Two African-American couples, Brendan (Marques Houston) and Serena (Brooklyn Sudano) and their friends Darryl (Omarion Grandberry) and Kimmy (Alexis Fields), go to an isolated mountain cabin outside Los Angeles for a weekend party celebrating Serena's 21st birthday. When another group of vacationing guests disappears after their first night, the foursome discover a horrific makeshift surgical room underneath their cabin, and are soon in life-threatening peril themselves.

To give the film some credit, the torture scenes are effectively grisly, if that's your cup of tea, but they feel jarringly out of place in a movie that can't decide whether it's a slasher, a ghost story, or a kidnapping-and-torture flick.
