Brande Roderick
A high-profile Playboy beauty-turned-actress, Brande Roderick proved a popular reality star with impressive entrepreneurial chops. Born June 13, 1974 in Novato, CA, Brande Nicole Roderick shot to fame as an all-American blonde Playboy model, who appeared in a string of the company's special videos and documentaries as well as in the pages of their magazine, becoming Playmate of the Month in 2000 and Playmate of the Year in 2001. Although she made her acting debut with roles in several steamy projects, including "Club Wild Side 2" (1998), Roderick ascended to more mainstream fare when she booked a series regular role as lifeguard Leigh Dyer on the global smash "Baywatch" (NBC, 1989-1990; syndicated, 1991-2001) and appeared in "Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding" (Fox, 2003). Although she landed roles in the feature films "Starsky & Hutch" (2004) and "The Nanny Diaries" (2007), she was perhaps most famous for competing on the celebrity version of Donald Trump's reality show "The Apprentice" (NBC, 2004- ), where she tied for third with Jesse James in a competition that eventually crowned Joan Rivers the new celebrity apprentice. Married to former NFL linebacker Glenn Cadrez, and an entrepreneur who started her own company, FinanciallyHung.com, Roderick returned for the 2012 "all-star" "Celebrity Apprentice" installment in 2013.
