Bruce Venables
Bruce Venables was an actor who founded his entertainment career success with roles in film. He also was featured in the miniseries "Dadah Is Death" (1988-89). He also appeared in the TV movie "Outback Bound" (CBS, 1988-89). He also landed a few movie roles at the time, appearing in the musical drama "Heaven Tonight" (1990) with John Waters. He continued to act in productions like the Miranda Otto comedy "The Girl Who Came Late" (1992), the dramatic adaptation "Dad & Dave - On Our Selection" (1995) with Leo McKern and "Spider & Rose" (1995). Recently, he tackled roles in the Aden Young comedy "River Street" (1996), "Bootmen" (2000) and the Stephen Collins comedy "Paperback Hero" (2000). Venables most recently acted on "Underbelly" (Nine Network, 2008-2014).
