Danny Mora was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Mora started off his acting career mostly in film roles, appearing in "Mr. Mom" (1983), the Oscar Chavez biopic "Break of Dawn" (1988) and the Scott Bakula thrilling adaptation "Lord of Illusions" (1995). Mora worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Please Stand By" (1978-79). He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Roosevelt and Truman" (CBS, 1976-77) and "The Sunshine Boys" (NBC, 1976-77). He kept working in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, starring in "Brown's Requiem" (2000) and the Dwayne Johnson dramatic adaptation "Gridiron Gang" (2006). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Road Ends" (Cinemax, 1998-99). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "American Family" (PBS, 2001-04). More recently, he continued to act in "Ladron Que Roba A Ladron" (2007) with Fernando Colunga, the Jessica Alba suspenseful adaptation "The Eye" (2008) and the action movie "Lost Treasure of the Maya" (2009) with Michael Madsen. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "NCIS: Los Angeles" (CBS, 2009-). Mora most recently acted in the adventure "Band of Robbers" (2016) with Kyle Gallner.
