Derek Magyar

Actor Derek Magyar was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. At the beginning of his acting career, Magyar had roles on several types of programs such as "Charmed" (1998-2006), "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015) and "Enterprise" (UPN, 2001-05). He also appeared in "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-) and "Boston Legal" (2004-09). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Medium" (2004-2011), "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-) and "Dirt" (FX, 2006-08). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in "Boy Culture" (2007). Magyar took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in "Train" (2009) and the horror feature "No One Lives" (2013) with Luke Evans. He held additional roles in television including a part on "Major Crimes" (TNT, 2011-). Most recently, Magyar acted in the action movie "Phantom" (2013) with Ed Harris.
