Gabe Khouth was a Canadian voice and screen actor who was best known for playing Sneezy, one of the Seven Dwarfs, on the ABC fantasy series "Once Upon a Time" (ABC, 2011-18). A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, Khouth began his professional acting career in his late teens with guest spots on "21 Jump Street" (Fox, 1987-1991) and "MacGyver" (ABC, 1985-1992). He landed his first major role in 1992 when he was cast as Patrick Hocksetter/Victor Criss on the horror mini-series "It" (ABC, 1992). The series was adapted from a popular novel written by Stephen King and was watched by 30 million viewers when it premiered, thus giving Khouth's fledgling acting career some wide exposure. As his career picked up steam in the mid to late-90s, Khouth also began adding voice acting work to his resume. He voiced the role of Leonardo on the children's action series "Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation" (Fox Kids, 1997-98), while also voicing roles on a number of popular anime shows, including "Dragon Ball Z" (Nicktoons/Cartoon Network, 1989-1996), "Mobile Suit Gundam Seed" (Cartoon Network, 2002-03), and "Powerpuff Girls Z" (Cartoon Network, 2006-07). In addition to his prolific work as a voice actor, Khouth began doing more television and film work by the 2000s and 2010s. His most notable role came in 2011 when he was cast as Sneezy on the ABC fantasy series "Once Upon a Time." Khouth appeared in 43 episodes of the series from 2011 through 2018. In addition to his work on "Once Upon a Time," Khouth also did a guest spot on the detective comedy "Psych" (USA Network, 2006-2014), nabbed a part in the Tim Burton film "Big Eyes" (2014), and appeared in the 2015 Christmas film "Becoming Santa." His last credited role came in 2018 when he landed a small guest spot on the short-lived ABC science-fiction series "The Crossing" (ABC, 2018). Sadly, after nearly 30 years as a working screen and voice actor, Gabe Khouth's life was cut tragically short on July 23, 2019. Khouth was riding his motorcycle in Port Moody, British Columbia when he suffered a heart attack and crashed. He was 46.
