American actress Ginny Weirick has made a name for herself playing lead characters in thriller and action films. A native of California, Weirick studied theatre arts at San Diego State University, with an emphasis in performance. Her first lead came in the web series "Devil's Trade" in 2007, as Anna, a cursed teenager. She would continue her work in the supernatural genre with her best known lead role in the 2009 romantic thriller "Dark Moon Rising." Her character, Amy, falls in love with Dan (Chris Devecchio) a man who is cursed with the ability to transform into a werewolf.
