James Thornton
Actor-musician James Thornton made a splash in Hollywood both on and off-screen. Thornton worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Desperate Hours" (1990), "Forbidden Territory: Stanley's Search For Livingstone" (ABC, 1997-98) and "Ironweed" (1987) starring Meryl Streep. He also contributed to "The Ninth Configuration" with Stacy Keach (1985). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in the comedy "Among Giants" (1999) with Pete Postlethwaite and "Plunkett & Macleane" (1999) with Robert Carlyle. He also appeared in the TV special "David Copperfield" (PBS, 1999-2000). More recently, he tackled roles in the Emmanuelle Béart dramatic comedy "Elephant Juice" (2000). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "The Lakes" (1999-2000). Most recently, Thornton worked on "Hunting Hitler" (History, 2015-).
