Jerome Dempsey was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Dempsey kickstarted his acting career with films like "Network" (1976). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the drama "The Wizard of Loneliness" (1988) with Lukas Haas and "Race For Glory" (1989). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Gore Vidal's Lincoln" (1987-88). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "The Kennedys of Massachusetts" (1989-1990). He also lent his distinctive voice to "The Civil War" (PBS, 1990). Dempsey more recently acted in "Mistress" (1992) with Robert Wuhl.
