John Alexander
John Alexander was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Alexander's acting career began mostly with his roles in various films, such as the Ralph Richardson dramatic adaptation "Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes" (1984), "Return to Oz" (1985) featuring Nicol Williamson and "The Bride" (1985) with Sting. He also appeared in "Gorillas in the Mist" (1988). In the nineties, Alexander devoted his time to various credits, such as the John Goodman and Elizabeth Perkins box office smash "The Flintstones" (1994), "Ed" (1996) and "Fierce Creatures" (1997) starring John Cleese. He also worked on "The Wedding Band" with Deborah Gibson (1997). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Jim Carrey blockbuster comedic fantasy "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (2000), the Mark Wahlberg hit action movie "Planet of the Apes" (2001) and the Tommy Lee Jones hit action flick "Men in Black II" (2002). Alexander most recently acted in the horror sequel "Hellboy II: The Golden Army" (2008) with Ron Perlman.
