Jorge Vargas

Jorge Vargas was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In the early stages of his acting career, Vargas starred in action films like "El Secuestro de Camarena" (1986) and "Excess Baggage" (1997) with Alicia Silverstone and Benicio Del Toro. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "1994 Baker Street: Sherlock Holmes Returns" (CBS, 1993-94) and "Deceived by Trust: A Moment of Truth Movie" (NBC, 1995-96). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "The Commish" (1991-95). He kept working in film throughout the nineties, starring in "One of Our Own" (1997). Several more television roles followed in the nineties, including stints on "Stargate SG-1" (1997-2006) and "First Wave" (Syfy, 1998-2001). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "UC: Undercover" (2001-02), "Supernatural" (2005-) and "Falling Skies" (TNT, 2010-15). He also appeared in "Arrow" (CW, 2012-). Most recently, Vargas acted on "Motive" (ABC, 2012-14).
