Karen Elkin began acting at the tender age of 12. Elkin began her career with roles in "The Great Land of Small" (1986) and "Les Tisserands du pouvoir" (1988) with Gratien Gelinas. Later, Elkin acted in "The Second Arrival" (1998-99), "Matthew Blackheart: Monster Smasher" (1999-2000) and "Xchange" (HBO, 2000-01). More recently, Elkin appeared in "Dead Awake" (Cinemax, 2001-02).
