Lil Peep

Born on November 1, 1996, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Gustav Elijah Åhr, known professionally as Lil Peep, was an American rapper and singer-songwriter. In 2013, Åhr started producing and releasing music on SoundCloud under the name Trap Goose. In 2015, he became a more recognized musician on the platform following the release of his single, "Star Shopping." Lil Peep's first live performance was as a member of Schemaposse on February 12, 2016, in Tucson, Arizona. In the spring of 2017, Lil Peep embarked on his first solo tour followed by the release of his debut studio album. His second album was released in 2018. Lil Peep passed away on November 15, 2017. On March 10, 2019, the documentary "Everybody's Everything," which chronicles Lil Peep's life, premiered at the SXSW Film Festival.
