Actress Louise Ford began her career treading the boards before landing on-screen roles in sports movie "Fast Girls" (2012), World War I comedy "Chickens" (Sky 1, 2013) and supernatural drama "In the Flesh" (BBC1, 2013-14). Born in Bexleyheath, London in 1983, Ford graduated from Southampton University with an English degree and went onto attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where she formed a comedy partnership with Yasmine Akram. Ford made her television debut in 2009 with a minor role in crime procedural "Law and Order: UK" (ITV1, 2009-2014) and followed it up by playing researcher Katrina Houseman in young adult spy series "M.I. High" (CBBC, 2007-2011), harpist Verity in kids musical comedy "My Almost Famous Family" (CBBC, 2009) and runner Katie in cult sci-fi hit "Misfits" (E4, 2009-2013). After playing The Herculean in interactive game show "Ludus" (CBBC, 2014), Ford made cameos in the BAFTA-winning "In the Flesh" (BBC1, 2013-14), workplace comedy drama "Not Safe for Work" (Channel 4, 2015-) and Second World War romance "Suite Francaise" (2015).
