Michael Golden
Michael Golden was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Golden landed roles in various films, including "Escape" (1948) with Rex Harrison, the Sidney Poitier drama "Cry, the Beloved Country" (1952) and the crime feature "Operation Diplomat" (1953) with Lisa Daniely. He also appeared in "The Green Scarf" (1954) with Michael Redgrave. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the crime flick "Murder By Proxy" (1955) with Dane Clark, "The Square Ring" (1955) and the crime adaptation "Tread Softly Stranger" (1958) with Diana Dors. He also appeared in the Robert Hutton comedy "The Man Without a Body" (1959). Golden was most recently credited in "Allie & Me" (2002). He also was featured in the TV movie "The Adventures of Don Quixote" (CBS, 1972-73). Golden passed away in January 1983 at the age of 70.
