Philip Gilbert
Philip Gilbert was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Gilbert began his career with roles in the comedy adaptation "Simon and Laura" (1956) with Peter Finch and "The Singer Not the Song" (1961). Gilbert next focused his career on film, appearing in the Hardy Kruger comedy "Bachelor of Hearts" (1962) and "Die! Die! My Darling!" (1965) with Tallulah Bankhead. Later in his career, Gilbert acted in the action picture "Superman III" (1983) with Christopher Reeve.
