Real Andrews was an accomplished actor who led an impressive career, primarily on the big screen. Andrews worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "General Hospital" (ABC, 1962-2014), "Iceman" (1984) starring Timothy Hutton and "Listen to the City" (1984) starring P.J. Soles. He also contributed to "Police Academy 3: Back in Training" (1986), "Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol" (1987) and "Wild Thing" (1987). His film career continued throughout the eighties and the nineties in productions like the drama "Night Friend" (1988) with Chuck Shamata, the Paul Coufos comedy sequel "Gnaw: Food of the Gods Part II" (1989) and the action picture "Under Surveillance" (1991) with Robert Davi. He also was featured in the TV movies "Night Owl" (Lifetime, 1992-93) and "Family of Cops" (CBS, 1995-96). Andrews most recently appeared on "The 39th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards" (CNN, 2011-12).
