Ruggero Raimondi
Ruggero Raimondi was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Raimondi began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as "Don Giovanni" (1979), "La Vie est un roman" (1983) and "Bizet's Carmen" (1984). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "Boris Godunov" (1989) and the Krystyna Janda biographical drama "Rossinis Pasticcio" (1989). He also appeared in "Les Coleurs de diable" (1997). Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Tosca From Rome" (1992), "Christmas in Vienna" (1993-94) and "Mozart's "Requiem" From Sarajevo" (1994-95). Most recently, Raimondi acted in the Angela Gheorghiu dramatic adaptation "Tosca" (2002).
