Sue Lloyd
Sue Lloyd was an actress who was no stranger to being featured in numerous film roles throughout her Hollywood career. Lloyd's early acting career mostly consisted of roles in various films, such as the thrilling adaptation "The Ipcress File" (1965) with Michael Caine, the Lloyd Bridges drama "Attack on the Iron Coast" (1968) and the Mick Jagger western "Ned Kelly" (1970). She also appeared in "Percy" (1970), the action film "Innocent Bystanders" (1972) with Stanley Baker and the Ken Shorter action picture "Stone" (1973). Lloyd worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "The Baron" (ABC, 1965-66). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the Leslie Phillips comedy "Spanish Fly" (1976), the drama "No. 1 of the Secret Service" (1977) with Nicky Henson and "Nighthawks" (1978) with Ken Robertson. She also appeared in "Revenge of the Pink Panther" (1978) with Peter Sellers and "The Stud" (1978). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Two Ronnies" (PBS, 1978-79). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in "Correction, Please or How We Got Into Pictures" (1979), "The B*tch" (1979) and the adventure "Rough Cut" (1980) with Burt Reynolds. She also appeared in the Lanah Pellay comedy "Eat the Rich" (1988) and "U.F.O." (1993). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "Miss Marple: A Caribbean Mystery" (1989-1990). Lloyd most recently appeared in "Bullet to Beijing" (The Movie Channel, 1996-97).
