Reality television personality Wes Bergmann was born November 24, 1984 in Leawood, Kansas. While at Arizona State University in 2005, Bergmann got his start in reality television as a housemate in "The Real World: Austin" (MTV, 2005). As a self-proclaimed "super-competitive jock", he shined in the spin-off competition "The Challenge" (MTV, 1998- ). Competing in many of the show's numerous iterations, he has won three seasons and was a finalist in five additional seasons. After he was knocked out of competition for the second season of "The Challenge: USA" (CBS, 2022- ), he announced he was retiring from the show to focus on his career outside of television and to spend more time with his wife and new daughter, who was born in 2023.
