Kaleem Aftab The National (UAE) Already a contender for worst film of the year. May 14, 2018 Full Review Austin Kennedy Sin Magazine I doubt I have seen a film as bad at this the entire decade! I sure hope I won't see a film worse than BLONDE AND BLONDER this year! Rated: 0/4 Jul 22, 2008 Full Review Urban Cinefile Critics Urban Cinefile No brains are required to watch this comedic romp about two dumb blondes who accidentally become involved with the mob and elusive killer The Cat. Mar 23, 2008 Full Review Brian Orndorf DVDTalk.com Boy, this is the last time I listen to my penis for movie selection advice...watching Anderson and Richards squirm, shimmy, and squeal their way around this stinker is enough to make one give up on the dream of overinflated, untalented starlets forever. adam n They tried. They tried so hard lol. It was actually kind of endearing. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review robert p Another rotten movie that I did not care about any of the charactures. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review victor o Every so often I watch a movie without the sound, sometimes when I just want to take a screen capture or if I'm on a plane and have no earphones. Then there are those times when the movie is so horrible that the only way to make it watchable is to mute the sound. This is one of those movies. Two gorgeous but dim-witted women become fast friends as they meet and cause some chaos while trying to find their big break. Unfortunately, they end up being witnesses to a murder and are mistaken for the killers. In what becomes a movie based on mistaken identity, the two girls end up in more trouble all the while being innocent as well as stupid. If there is anything good about this movie is that the ladies in the movie from the blondes (Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson) to the brunettes (Emmanuelle Vaugier and Meghan Ory) are gorgeous but that is all they bring to the table. Vaugier and Ory do not have the star power to match their great looks. Once upon a time, Richards and Anderson would have made a fortune on their looks alone but now that they are older and that their acting talents are as weak as they have ever been, you get what you pay for in this straight to DVD movie. A movie that is practically a female remake of Dumb and Dumber only instead of classic humor it is a blonde joke bonanza that generates no laughs. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member (*): Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Give it a chance you will laugh. Yes the leads are dumb, but likable, that is what makes it funny. The honest attempts and mostly clean humor are a refreshing change from the how-gross-can-we-get recent comedy trend. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member When the 'Movie Info' contains more intelligence and lucid thought than the entire collective that created this "film" could ever hope to muster, that's saying something. Destined to be a cult film of "Lebowski-like" proportions, this piece of cinematic pewter was commissioned, in part, by the Film Board of Canada, which begs me to ask the question, do Pam Anderson's breasts still have hypnotic powers over mere mortals ? Mr. Buchanan's kind prose make this work of 'art' seem 7000% more interesting than even the filmmaker's intended it to be. I have a hard time believing the box office gross of $28.6k . That's probably a "typo" (you have to actually watch the movie for that inside reference). Twenty eight thousand, six hundred is still out of the realm of probability. I'd submit my own description, but who want's to hear about the late Chris Farley's brothers mad thespian skills or a farting turtle when all anyone wants to see is Tommy Lee and Charlie Sheen's ex-wives' goods? Proceed at your own risk, you have been warned. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews
