Interesting concept, but the execution isn't particularly well done.

The people who wrote this knew their shit - right down to the isobars. This telemovie predated the Black Saturday fires of 2009 by 2 years. It nailed every scenario which eventually happened - except the fact this was set in Sydney & not in Melbourne, & the desal plant fiasco. Funnily enough, the Victorian Govt. is building one as we speak. Oh, the waste!

Very good movie, one of the best to not come out of a hollywood studio. Tony Tilse directors an austrailan cast in this film about what can happen with wild fires and a lack of water in a urban area.

What? It's set in the future? I was enjoying this as a sort of a made-for-TV action-drama that's purporting to be a mockumentary... this is rather weird. Anyway, a decent film for how I saw it... if it aims to be more or if you're hoping for more, don't hold your breath... ;)
