Cassie D @cdan316 1d The only people who rated this higher had to have worked on the film. There was absolutely nothing horror about this. It had potential but dear lord in heaven do not waste your time. I would give a negative rating if possible. The fact this is on so many "must watch" and listed as scariest movie is just sad. If you need a good nap, then by all means put this on and enjoy. People rating higher should have to pay restitution for those that watched. See more M E Dec 13 If I could rate this lower I would. Probably the worst movie ever created in the horror genre and maybe all genres. Absolutely boring. Watching paint dry would be a thrilling experience compared to this garbage. It should be removed from all streaming services so no one has to watch this ever. DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO RECOMMENDS THIS. The revelations of the mystery are sometimes really unsettling and other times not as impressive. The movie's commitment to a found footage style makes it feel real, which made me uneasy more than once. I do think the low-quality images make it less scary sometimes, and I am not sure if it was due to budget or a creative choice. Overall, it is a decent horror flick for fans of found footage horror, and while it doesn't rank among the best for me, it is a fun movie to watch and be creeped out by.
