jonathan m The director of this movie said the following I wanted action scenes and car chases but the comedians i hired just wanted to be comedians. I watched it and it was ok at parts but i just love John Candy so i can't be true to my opinion, anyhow you don't hire John Candy and expect him to be serious granted he can be uncle buck for example. But yea you don't hiya John Candy and one of his best buddies and expect everything to go plain sailing comedians improvise in situations that's what's funny. But I suppose not every comedy movie has the budget of Mrs Doubtfire and and the time to shoot for ever. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is very silly and also very funny. John Candy and Eugene Levy are hilarious. Any John Candy fans will enjoy this one. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member John Candy is always funny and he knows how to help a dying movie pull through. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I loved this movie as a kid and after watching it again I still love it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought this was way funnier as a kid. Still, any movie with John Candy automatically gets 1 1/2 stars. The other 1 1/2 is for the great chemistry between him, Meg Ryan and Eugene Levy. Plus I love me some Ramis humor.
