Kevin Carr Fat Guys at the Movies It's such a great idea and great concept. It's worth watching this movie as a 'what can be done today?' if they remade it. Rated: 2.5/4 Jan 22, 2022 Full Review Michael Barrett PopMatters Impulse is a movie about its own disorienting mood and the loss of control. You can go home again, all right, but it's a pain. The sunny bucolic setting of this nightmare makes it all the more discomforting. Rated: 6/10 Sep 11, 2018 Full Review Chuck O'Leary Fantastica Daily Rated: 2/5 Oct 27, 2005 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 3/5 Aug 22, 2005 Full Review Scott Weinberg eFilmCritic.com Forgettable (and seemingly forgotten) thriller about the dangers of tainted milk. Matheson and Tilly deliver fine work in a fairly lost cause. Audience Member Solid, well acted conspiracy film with an above average cast. Considering DuPont's actions in Parkersburg, WV, and Pacific Gas & Electric's in Hinkley, anyone who says "this couldn't happen" probably said the same thing about "Dark Waters" and "Erin Brockovich". In fact, it happens far too often. Definitely worth a watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Tilly and Matheson are great in it, but it's way too slow for an epidemic movie like this. A few interesting character things going on, but they're kind of glossed over and wasted. It's a decent movie, but nothing to rush out for. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/20/18 Full Review Audience Member Another environmental alarmist film has toxic spill contaminating the local milk supply, causing inhabitants of a small town to act strictly on impulse. Decent premise but little buildup into the eventual revelation on the cause of the strange behaviour feels anticlimactic. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member One of those odd sci-fi films you watch late at night. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member One of those odd sci-fi films you watch late at night. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Another movie where people go crazy because of some kind of chemical in their environment or something like that. It's not even very scary or creepy. The actors are okay, but none of them really stand out. This movie tries to be more of a drama than a horror movie, which makes it very boring at times. There are a few good scenes towards the end, but other than that, I was bored. It's not bad, it's just not good. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews
