      Audience Member Movies about legal battles are usually pretty boring, and this movie is too for the most part, but there are some good scenes. Still it could have been a lot better. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Sutherland and Somers try to save the seals using their legal know-how to find loopholes. That may sound boring, but there is some action and romance injected into the film as well. It works good enough, but it still could have been better.
