Audience Member Anything with Ms. Lowry is worth watching. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Epic of an erotic movie. Has a real plot, believable characters and the sex scenes (only a couple though) are steamy! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Goofy soft-core. Funny. Read they made this film without Croatian permits. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member One of my favorite movies, and not just because it has snappy dialogue and naked people (though these are sure-fire crowd pleasers in MY book). Radley Metzger is the undisputed king of Classy Euro-Trash, investing his movies with beautiful people and a very relaxed attitude about sex. The dialogue is arch and blackly funny as jaded Jack and Elvira set their sights on fresh-faced innocents Betsy and Eddie, playing out their ongoing game of seduction as they keep score against each other. Metzger conveys more with his actors' eyes than any director since the silent era, and the perfectly awful early-'70s music will have you writhing in your chair. A classic, forever! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This was my first exposure to the work of Radley Metzger, and I have to say that it was a pretty enjoyable experience, all the oddball ambi-sexual encounters aside. The amusingly predatory married couple who seem to try and one up one another in their sexual encounters were fun to watch, and I enjoyed the natural bodies of the women and the unique settings that the '70s allowed for before the age of video did away with film altogether. It's worth a look if you have an open mind. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Rancid and dated sexromp. Neither sexy or interesting, has lost all his 'edgyness' over the course of time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews
