Audience Member Not officially 'good' by any stretch, but if you have an appreciation for direct-to-video style, low-budget cheese this film is entertaining in ways that were never intended. And although even Walken is Walken-less in this story-go-nowhere, wing-every-scene, directionless too-small-to-be-a-flop flop, i enjoy this one, if for no other reason than as case-study intrigue in the "what were they thinking" vein. Things that make you go hmmm. I particularly enjoy the larger-than-life, taking themselves too seriously attitudes exuded from all the main characters. They're all insignificant low-lifes but don't tell them that or they may stop being so accidentally funny. Pretty good bad stuff, just not miserably great. To put into perspective, I could happily watch this wreck 10 times a year, but could never say the same of the universally agreed highly-rated and supposedly 'great' piece "Heathers," so there it is. Tony Scott Variety Main puzzler, and it's a good one, is Walken's character, who remains an enigma. Mar 2, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews
