Stephen B Jul 28 I grew up watching this film on vhs and it is a childhood favorite. Jim varney portraying jedd clampett was spot on. See more Allison C May 24 I love the Beverly Hillbilies tv show. I love the movie. I love the fact that it stuck to the story line while adding it's own humor to it. It can't be exactly like the original because it is recasted with different actors. The movie is heart warming, funny, and family friendly. See more Steph G Feb 4 I actually really liked it. To me it’s a story of a low class family completely satisfied with the simple life and have a childlike sense of curiosity and friendliness. And end up stumbling upon a billion dollars move to cali and everyone around them can’t seem to handle it. Whereas they continue to be themselves.
